Refund Policy

A legal disclaimer

Deposits: Non-refundable once materials are ordered or work has commenced.

Cancellations: If canceled before work starts, partial refunds may be issued minus scheduling or administrative costs.

Disputes: Any dissatisfaction must be reported in writing within 7 days of completion for review. We may offer repair, replacement, or partial refund at our discretion.

Custom Work: Custom or special-order materials are non-refundable once ordered or installed.
